At Al-Miraj Store, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You return it in the same condition as received.

Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be issued (excluding delivery charges if applicable).

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Share a video proof of the unboxing clearly showing the damage via WhatsApp.

If reported within 24 hours, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If reported after 24 hours, the return is still possible but the customer will bear delivery charges (Rs. 250).

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through your original payment method (Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) within 3–7 working days after product inspection.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage.

  • Watches without original packaging, box, or accessories.
